Possessed by an evil spirit and neck-deep in debt, Kogarashi is looking to rent an inexpensive room for the year. His search leads him to the mysterious Yuragi Inn, which strangely fits his budget perfectly. The reason? The inn is haunted by the spirit of a young girl named Yûna and occupied by other residents, each stranger than the last. Despite their reluctance, Kogarashi nevertheless ends up moving in and finds himself sharing his room with Yûna.
